Wanneer heb ik een energielabel nodig?

Een energielabel is
niet nodig voor:

• Monument;
• Gebouw met religieuze functie;
• Alleenstaand/vrijstaand gebouw met oppervlakte minder dan 50m²;
• Bedrijfspand dat alleen gebruikt voor opslag of bewerking, magazijn, werkplaats of fabriekshal;
• Tijdelijke gebouw, noodgebouw, bouwkeet, noodlokaal;
• Recreatiewoning die minder dan 4 maanden per jaar wordt gebruikt;
• Gebouwen die niet worden verwarmd zoals garages, schuren etc.
